We can also arrange a UPS pick-up from your doorstep, please contact us to schedule one. If you live in the GTHA, your order may qualify for free doorstep pick-up and delivery.

To make the process safer, we only accept shipments via courier.

If possible, to further protect your vintage media, please cover your order in bubble wrap. Also, please make sure to include your contact information inside the package and we will contact you as soon as your order is safely received here.

After your digital transfer order is completed, we will ship your memories back to you via Xpresspost. We will notify you once your memories have been dropped off with the courier and provide you with the return shipping tracking number.
